Kensington Gardens is being developed on a 65 acre estate in the heart of the residential growth area of Thurgoona. Adjoining the Thurgoona Golf Club, Kensington Gardens will offer a natural and peaceful setting on a site where much of the established flora has been integrated into the design of the estate allowing for wooded recreational areas.

Once completed, Kensington Gardens will comprise of over 300 houses and an onsite resort style recreation complex, the standard of which has been previously unseen in Albury.
